How Do I Interact??

Rebeca, thank you for welcoming me to Artistically Speaking Magazine!
I think it’s a great idea for interactive magazine as in your email it describes: “It is a truly interactive site where YOU can participate in the news by leaving comments and feedback, submit reviews, talk to the columnists, enter the contests, exhibit your artwork, join the community, and so much more.”
It is not obvious for me at this moment though how interaction works. Is there is any place on this website where I can read help/instructions?
